基于微环谐振腔的圆偏振涡旋光束发射器

摘  要:涡旋光束是一种具有横向空间分布的光束,其在光纤通信系统中的应用引起了国内外的广泛关注。在涡旋光束复用通信系统中,光束发射器与光纤耦合时存在光斑失配、偏振失配、相位失配等模场失配问题。针对偏振失配问题,文章设计了一种圆偏振涡旋光束发射器。实验结果表明,该发射器可以产生纯度高、能量集中的圆偏振涡旋光束。

Circularly Polarized Vortex Beam Emitter Based on Micro-ring Resonator

Abstract: The vortex beam is a beam with transverse spatial distribution, and its application in optical fiber communication systems has attracted widespread attention at home and abroad. In the vortex beam multiplexing communication system, there are mode field mismatch problems such as spot mismatch, polarization mismatch, and phase mismatch when beam emitter is coupled with the optical fiber. To solve the problem of polarization mismatch, a circularly polarized vortex beam emitter is designed. The experiment results show that the emitter can produce circularly polarized vortex beams with high purity and concentrated energy.
