摘 要：配网线路事故平均停电时间，从 10 kV 线路出现故障的时刻开始计算，故障点隔离后，非故障线路段复电时刻为止。非故障线路段用户的复电速度受硬件影响，与地区电网环网率高低有关，要缩短配网线路平均事故停电时间，必须缩短事故处理阶段故障点隔离时间。文章主要讨论如何通过“二分法”，科学缩小范围，提高故障点的查找效率，缩短故障查找时间，以缩短配网线路事故平均停电时间。

Brief Talk of the Effect of “Dichotomy” in Improving the Efficiency of Distribution Network Accident Handling

Abstract: The average outage time of distribution network line accident is calculated from the time when the 10 kV line fails to the non fault line section is restored to power after the fault point being isolated. The power restoration speed of users in non fault line section is affected by hardware and is related to the ring rate of regional power grid. In order to shorten the average outage time of distribution network line accidents, it is necessary to shorten the isolation time of fault point in accident handling stage. This paper mainly discusses how to scientifically narrow the scope, improve the search efficiency of fault points and shorten the fault search time through the “dichotomy”, so as to shorten the average outage time of distribution network line accidents.
