摘 要：互联网作为二十一世纪的新兴产物，发展迅猛，搭载互联网发展的动漫产业也在时代的潮流中逐渐崛起，随着动漫产业的不断发展，动漫产业的商业运作模式也不断成熟，带上互联网标签的动漫更是发展迅速。作为一项互联产业，同时也作为一项文化产业，网络数据出版的模式推动了动漫产业的发展，同时动漫产业也促进了互联网的发展。

The Development of Internet Animation Industry under the“Internet Plus ”Background

Abstract：As a new product of the 21st century，the internet has developed rapidly，the animation industry which carries the development of the internet has also gradually risen in the trend of the times. With the continuous development of the animation industry，the business model of the animation industry is also constantly mature，and the animation with internet labels is developing rapidly. As an interconnected industry，as well as a cultural industry，the model of network data publishing promotes the development of the animation industry，while the animation industry also promotes the development of the internet.
