方法创新为科技政策宣讲增效提速 ——科技创新政策宣讲服务平台建设

摘  要:着眼广东时代新发展,紧紧围绕创新驱动发展“八大抓手”,进一步扎实推动我省科技政策法规落实、落地,让科技创新政策发挥真正作用,带动创新驱动发展战略全面实施,运用创新方法针对性地开展相关政策法规宣讲培训,有着极其迫切的现实需要。通过现代教学培训手段及新媒体,在民众中普及相关政策法规,使民众更深入地了解相关政策法规内容,更切实地感受相关政策法规落实所带来的利好,从而使其更好地贯彻相关政策法规,进而推动我省经济跨跃式发展。

Momentum of Method Innovation for Publicity of Science and Technology Policy

——Construction of Publicity Service Platform of Technological Innovation Policy

Abstract:In consideration of Guangdong’s development in the new era,it reveals great urgency and practicability to revolve closely on the Eight Approaches for innovation-driven development,to further promote implementation and fulfillment of our province’s science and technology policies and regulations to give them full play,to drive the innovation-driven development strategy to be fully executed,and to conduct training of major innovation-related policies and regulations with target and efficiency. Modern teaching and training methods with new media should be adopted to publicize and call for further interpretation of relevant policies and regulations, more realistically feel the benefits brought about by the implementation of relevant policies and regulations,so that it can better implement the relevant policies and regulations,and then promote the leap-forward development of our province’s economy.
