绷缝机上多刚体动力学的减振建模与仿真

摘  要:随着服装工艺对绷缝机性能要求的提高,又因绷缝机线迹成缝原理的限制,使得自身结构的振动大,出现用户体验感差等问题。本文中笔者主要是从多刚体动力学角度来研究绷缝机减振的问题。利用SolidWorks、Adams 等仿真软件,完善和提升绷缝机各机构的动平衡角度,使绷缝机在工作时能处于平稳的状态。通过增加平衡块产生的离心力来抵消整机惯性力与惯性力矩,从而实现减振的目的。提高了整机运动的稳定性,增强用户的体验感。

Modeling and Simulation of Vibration Reduction for Multi rigid Body Dynamics on a Sewing Machine

Abstract:With the improvement of the performance of the sewing machine and the restriction of the stitching principle of the stitching machine,the problem of the structure's vibration and user experience is uncomfortably exposed. This time is mainly from the angle of multi rigid body dynamics to study the vibration damping of the sewing machine. The simulation software such as SolidWorks and Adams is used to improve and improve the dynamic balance angle of each sewing machine,so that the sewing machine can be in a stable state at work. By increasing the centrifugal force produced by the balance block to counteract the inertia force and inertia moment of the whole machine,the purpose of vibration reduction is achieved. It improves the stability of the whole machine movement and enhances the sense of experience of the users.
