摘 要：本文主要对办公室计算机的维护进行了详细的分析，对硬件设施的维护和软件设施的维护分别进行了阐述；在硬件上对保证办公室的清洁、按照正确的开关机程序使用计算机以及计算机数据、电源连接线连接可靠等策略进行了详细说明；在软件方面对定期清除系统垃圾文件、计算机的病毒侵害防护以及一键还原功能的应用作了说明，旨在为办公室中计算机的维护工作提供理论保障，保障计算机的正常运转，从而保障办公室工作的正常运转。

Abstract：This article mainly analyzes the maintenance of the office computer，expounds the maintenance of the hardware facilities and the maintenance of the software facilities. On the hardware，the policy of ensuring the cleaning of the office，using the computer according to the correct switchboard program，and the reliability of the connection line of the power supply，and so on. A detailed description is made，and the application of the software to clean up the system garbage files regularly，the virus infringement protection of the computer and the application of the one key reduction function are explained. The purpose is to provide the theoretical guarantee for the maintenance work of the computer in the office，to ensure the normal operation of the computer，and to ensure the normal operation of the office work.
