摘 要：在当今“微”时代中大众对微信公众平台早已不再陌生。微信从最初的基本社交软件开始，经过不断发展，已经成为一种重要的信息传播载体和工具，而微信公众平台的建立也为社会各个领域的信息宣传、推广等创造了有利的条件，其在科研领域中的应用也取得十分好的效果，为科研活动的多元化、高效化开展提供了有力的帮助。本文主要介绍了借助微信公众平台，实现基于微信的“资源+ 工具+ 社交”的移动互联网科研应用产品，为科研人员提供基本信息管理服务、科研数据服务和科研支撑服务。其中基本信息管理服务包括：定制学术圈、智能建立学术圈、分众化互动社群、实名认证等功能；科研数据服务以科研人员为使用群体，为日常科研和管理工作提供多种形式的数据服务方案，如：文献查询，素材查找、科研成果管理等；科研支撑服务以科研机构人员为主要使用群体，为用户提供了多种快速便捷的服务，如：图书查找、会议室预约、内网信息查看等。

Design of Scientific Research Management Information System Based on WeChat Public Platform

Abstract：The public platform of WeChat is no longer unfamiliar in today’s “micro” era. From the initial basic social software，WeChat has become an important information dissemination carrier and tool through continuous development. The establishment of Wechat public platform has also created favorable conditions for information dissemination and promotion in various fields of society. Its application in the field of scientific research has also achieved very good results，which provides a powerful help for the diversification and efficient development of scientific research activities. This paper mainly introduces the realization of research application products of mobile internet based on Wechat’s “resources + tools + social networking”by means of WeChat public platform，which provides basic information management services，research data services and research support services for researchers. Among them，basic information management services include：customizing academic circles，intelligent establishment of academic circles，decentralized interactive communities，real-name certification and other functions; scientific research data services take scientific researchers as users，providing various forms of data services for daily scientific research and management work，such as：literature search，material search，scientific research results management；scientific research support services take scientific research institutes as personnel. As the main user group，members provide users with a variety of fast and convenient services，such as book search，conference room reservation，intranet information viewing，etc.
