基于SPOC 的法学课程混合教学模式的设计与实践

摘  要:随着信息技术的发展,MOOC 应运而生。但尔后MOOC 的发展出现了一系列的弊端,于是在后MOOC 时代,出现了SPOC 等与MOOC 不相同的教学模式。高校法学课程教学模式也从线上MOOC 学习变为基于SPOC 的线上教学与线下教学混合的模式。在后MOOC 时代,设计与完善基于SPOC 的法学课程混合教学模式、运用翻转课堂开展线上教学与线下教学,为我国高校法学课程的教学以及高等教育的教学改革提供借鉴。

Design and Practice about Mixed Teaching Mode of Law Course Based on SPOC

Abstract:With the development of information technology,MOOC come into being. However,a series of drawbacks have emerged in the development of MOOC since then. Therefore,in the post-MOOC era,SPOC and other teaching modes that are different from MOOC have emerged,which opened the post-MOOC era. The teaching mode of college law courses has also changed from online MOOC learning to SPOC-based online teaching mixed with offline teaching. In the post-MOOC era,the mixed teaching model of law courses based on SPOC is designed and improved,and the online teaching and offline teaching are carried out by flipped classroom,so as to provide reference for the teaching of law courses in universities and the teaching reform of higher education in China.
