摘 要：高校使用传统的 Office 办公软件来处理科研管理相关工作，已不能满足目前学校的科研管理需求，所以陕西能源 职业技术学院迫切需要进行科研管理信息化平台的建设。在多方考察后，陕西能源职业技术学院与企业联合开发，根据具体需求设计并完成科研管理系统的建设，经试运行阶段对各模块的使用，科研管理系统已实现了线上项目评审、成果备案、统计上报、科研评价及数据对接等功能。科研管理系统的成功搭建使科研管理工作步入信息化、网络化管理，为全校科研人员提供便利，也为更好地服务于陕西能源职业技术学院科研管理工作。

Research on the Application of Informatization Construction of Scientific Research Management in Colleges

Abstract：The usage of traditional Office softwares by colleges to deal with the related work of scientific research management can no longer meet the needs of the current college’s scientific research management，so Shaanxi Energy Institute urgently needs to carry out the construction of scientific research management informatization platform. After multiple inspections，Shaanxi Energy Institute and enterprises carry out joint development，design and complete the construction of the scientific research management system according to the specific needs. After the usage of each modules in the trial operation phase，the scientific research management system has realized online project review，achievement filing，statistical reporting，scientific research evaluation and data docking and other functions. The successful establishment of the scientific research management system makes the scientific research management works step into informatization and network management，which provides convenience for the scientific research personnel all over the college and better serves the scientific research management work of Shaanxi Energy Institute.
