摘 要：在新常态下，线上与线下相结合的混合式教学越来越普及，教学的承载空间、组织方式以及资源供给模式发生了深刻变化，传统的教学评价方式及手段已不能很好地适应新的教学形态。为此，文章设计一款基于两极四元定性评价法模型的教学评价系统，该系统以数据治理为主线，适用于线上与线下相结合的混合式教学模式。实际应用表明，该系统的评价效果良好，具有广阔的应用前景。

Design and Implementation of Teaching Evaluation System Based on Bipolar Quaternary Qualitative Evaluation Model

Abstract: Under the new normal, the Blending Learning combining online and offline is becoming more and more popular, and the bearing space, organization mode and resource supply mode of teaching have undergone profound changes. The traditional teaching evaluation methods and means can no longer adapt to the new teaching form. Therefore, this paper designs a teaching evaluation system based on the bipolar quaternary qualitative evaluation model. The system takes data governance as the main line and is suitable for the Blending Learning mode combining online and offline. The practical application shows that the evaluation effect of the system is good and has broad application prospects.
