运用VR 技术提升用电检查培训水平的研究

摘  要:随着我国市场经济的快速发展,用电检查作为供电单位与用电客户沟通的渠道之一,既对外发挥着联系客户维护关系、提升用电服务质量的作用,对内也是承担着检验电力营销服务质量、验收反馈问题的重要职能。传统的用电检查培训不仅受空间维度的限制,在实操中也存在着一定的危险性,如何突破这个难题是提升服务质量的重要一点。而将VR 技术运用到用电检查培训中,既能突破培训场地的限制,也能将实操的危险性降低在可控范围之内。

Research on Improving Training Level of Electricity Inspection by VR Technology

Abstract:With the rapid development of China’s market economy,as one of the channels of communication between power supply units and customers,power consumption inspection not only plays an important role in maintaining customer relationship and improving power consumption service quality,but also plays an important role in testing power marketing service quality and acceptance feedback. Traditional electricity inspection training is not only limited by spatial dimension,but also has certain danger in practice. How to break through this problem is an important point to improve service quality. The application of VR technology in power inspection training can not only break through the limitation of training venues,but also reduce the risk of practical operation in a controllable range.
