摘 要：电子签章就是将传统物理印章的图像通过技术进行加密，以数字认证存储介质的方式，加盖于电子文本的新型电子版印章，其保证了签署内容的真实性、唯一性、签章本身的不可复制性。生物识别技术就是通过计算机与光学、声学、生物传感器和生物统计学原理等高科技手段的密切结合，利用人体固有的生理特性（如指纹、脸象、虹膜等）和行为特征（如笔迹、声音、步态等）来进行个人身份的鉴定。本文应用电子签署、生物识别等前沿技术，结合计算软件信息系统与物联网设备（电子钥匙和指纹仪），通过开启合同结算一键式业务办理的方式，来提高工作效率，保障货款资金支付安全。

Intelligent Application of Contract Settlement Based onInternet of Things Technology

Abstract：The electronic signature is to encrypt the traditional physical seal image through the technology，with the digitalauthentication storage medium，and the new electronic version of the electronic text，which ensures the authenticity and uniqueness of thesigned content，and the non replicability of the signature itself. Biometric technology is the close combination of high technology meanssuch as optics，acoustics，biosensors and biometric principles，and the identification of personal identity using the inherent physicalcharacteristics of the human body （such as fingerprints，face images，iris，etc.）and behavioral characteristics（such as handwriting，sound，gait and so on）. This paper applies the new technology of electronic signature and biometrics，and combines the computersoftware information system and the internet of things（electronic key and fingerprint instrument）to improve work efficiency and ensurepayment securit by opening the contract settlement one click business.
