摘 要：计算机网络在人们的日常生活中有着较为重要的作用与地位，是人们工作学习的重要辅助设备。而计算机网络信息安全管理问题也是现阶段较为显著的问题，加强对计算机网络信息安全管理问题的分析，综合实际状况制定完善的路径，可以提升计算机网络的安全性。对此，文章主要对计算机网络信息安全管理的问题以及各项技术手段进行了简单的概述分析，综合实际状况提出了优化措施与路径，希望可以在根本上保障计算机网络系统的安全性。

Abstract：Computer network plays an important role in people’s daily life. It is an important auxiliary equipment for people to work and study. The problem of computer network information security management is also a more significant problem at the present stage. It is necessary to strengthen the analysis of the computer network information security management and make a comprehensive way to improve the security of the computer network. In this regard，the article is a brief overview of the problem of computer network information security management and various technical means，and the optimization measures and paths are put forward in order to guarantee the security of the computer network system.
