摘 要：国内外对于人脸识别的研究都非常活跃，但是无论国内还是国外，对公安行业警务实战中存在的人像与其他数据关联应用的需求，都没有提出很好的解决方案，也无法提供深刻理解公安行业特征和满足公安行业需求的警务预警系统产品。信息采集预警系统实现快速、准确锁定嫌疑人或重点管控对象，实现事前预警、事中监控和事后回溯，让情报分析工作更加准确、高效，使有限的警力资源发挥最大的战斗力，是当前公安信息化建设的新思路、新战略。

Application of Information Acquisition and Early Warning System in
Public Security Business

Abstract：Research on face recognition is very active at home and abroad. But no matter at home or abroad，there is no good solution to the need of portraits and other data related applications in police practical warfare in the public security industry，nor can it provide police early warning system products that can deeply understand the characteristics of the public security industry and meet the needs of the public security industry. Information collection and early warning system can quickly and accurately lock suspects or key control objects，achieve early warning，in-process monitoring and retrospective，make information analysis more accurate and efficient，and make limited police resources play the largest combat effectiveness. It is a new idea and strategy of public security information construction.
