摘 要：现代数字技术在房产测绘中的应用实践能够有效克服传统测绘方式中的不足，对房产测绘工作效率与质量的提升都有着非常大的促进作用。本文主要对现代数字测绘技术的特点进行了阐述，并进一步分析了现代数字技术在房产测绘中的具体应用实践，进而探讨了加强房产测绘中现代数字技术应用的措施，以供相关人员参考。

Abstract：The application of modern digital technology in real estate surveying and mapping can effectively overcome theshortcomings of the traditional surveying and mapping methods，and promote the improvement of the efficiency and quality of the workof real estate surveying and mapping. This paper expounds the characteristics of modern digital surveying and mapping technology，and further analyzes the practical application of modern digital technology in real estate surveying and mapping，and then discusses themeasures to strengthen the application of modern digital technology in real estate surveying and mapping in order to provide reference forthe relevant personnel.
