摘 要：目前全国各地涉农资金被截留、挪用、私分、侵吞的现象时有发生，职务犯罪案件高发。为了有效解决这些问题，针对这种情况设计了涉农资金信息监管平台系统，本平台系统将对涉农资金进行高度监控，构建以纪检部门为核心，财政部门一起参与监督涉农范畴违纪违法的新方式，更便捷地收集人民群众的反馈信息来更好地服务人民群众，使每一笔资金都能普及群众。

Design and Implementation of Information Supervision Platform forAgricultural Funds

Abstract：At present，the phenomenon of interception，misappropriation，private separation and embezzlement of agriculturalfunds all over the country has occurred from time to time，and duty crimes have been high. In order to effectively solve these problems，asystem for agricultural fund information supervision is designed according to this situation. The system will highly monitor the agriculturerelatedfunds，and build a discipline inspection department as the core. The financial department will participate in the supervision of theagriculture-related violations. The new way is to collect the feedback information of the people more conveniently to better serve the peopleand make every fund popularize the masses.
