摘 要：当前已经进入信息时代，信息技术在人们的生活中可谓是无处不在，尤其是近些年来，“互联网+”和大数据的发展进一步推动了计算机信息处理技术的发展，但是大数据的到来也给传统的计算机信息处理技术带来了一定的冲击，在新时代如何发挥大数据的优势来推动信息技术的发展成为人们共同关注的一个重要话题。本文将对其进行详细地论述，以求更好地促进大数据的发展和进步。

Abstract：The current era is the information age. Information technology is everywhere in people's lives. Especially in recent years，the development of Internet plus and big data has further promoted the development of computer information processing technology.However，the arrival of big data also has a certain impact on the traditional computer information processing technology. In the new era，how to play the advantage of big data and promote the development of information technology is an important topic discussed by people. In this paper，the author will discuss it in detail in order to better promote the development and progress of big data.
