摘 要:电机噪声检测技术是一项针对电机产生的振动噪声进行分别和定位的现代化技术。通过对噪声信息进行采集,能够在一定程度上了解噪声特性。本文在进行电机噪声检测系统的研究时,提出了以LabVIEW 和声卡系统作为主要采集工具的在线检测系统的设想,并通过信号调理电路和控制电路共同组成了针对电机的噪声检测系统,使其能够切实地应用于电机噪声环境之中。

Research of Motor Noise Detection System Based on LabVIEW and Sound Card

Abstract:The technology of motor noise detection is a modern technology for locating and locating the vibration and noise of motors. By collecting noise information,we can understand noise characteristics to a certain extent. In the study of motor noise detection system,the idea of on-line detection system based on LabVIEW and sound card system as the main acquisition tool is proposed in this paper. The noise detection system for motor is composed of signal conditioning circuit and control circuit,so that it can be applied in the noise environment of motor.
