基于依存句法树抽取 APP 软件用户评论的核心评价内容

摘  要:随着手机软件的广泛使用,应用市场中 APP 软件用户评论数据急剧增加,获取用户使用软件真实反馈,能够为开发者、下载者提供准确的修改意见和参考,减少时间花费。通过对大量 APP 软件用户评论进行研究,首先基于 APP 软件用户评论中的评价对象和评价观点定义了核心评价内容,其次使用依存句法树实现了对核心评价内容的抽取。实验结果表明,能够有效抽取 APP 软件用户评论中的核心评价内容,验证了方法的有效性和可行性。

Extracting the Core Evaluation Content of APP Software User Comments Based on Dependency Syntax Tree

Abstract: With the widespread use of mobile phone software, there is a sharp increase in the user comment data of APP software in the application market. Obtaining the real feedback of users using the software can provide accurate modification opinions and reference for developers and downloaders, and reduce their time cost. Through the research on a large number of APP software user comments, firstly, the core evaluation content is defined based on the evaluation object and evaluation viewpoint in APP software user comments. Secondly, the dependency syntax tree is used to extract the core evaluation content. The experimental results show that it can effectively extract the core evaluation content of APP software user comments, and verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
