信息与通信技术在建筑行业的综合应用

摘  要:建筑行业作为我国的一大支柱产业,存在着高能耗、高污染、低效益等问题,也面临着诸多时代挑战。以建筑信息模型、虚拟现实、无人机等为代表的一批信息与通信技术,以其潜在的应用价值引起了建筑行业工作者和研究人员的关注。本文首先说明了建筑业数字化转型的重要性和研究意义,然后对建筑行业中重要的信息与通信技术进行了分类和介绍,最后通过案例制作,具体直观地说明了应用信息与通信技术可以有效提高效率。

Comprehensive Application of Information and Communication Technology in
Construction Industry

Abstract:As a major pillar industry in China,the construction industry has many problems,such as high energy consumption,high pollution,low efficiency and so on. It also faces many challenges of the times. A batch of information and communication technologies,such as building information model, virtual reality and UAV have attracted the attention of construction workers and researchers for their potential application value. This paper first explains the importance and research significance of digital transformation of construction industry,then classifies and introduces the important information and communication technologies in construction industry. Finally,through case study,it illustrates concretely and intuitively that the application of information and communication technology can effectively improve efficiency.
