工业用应急桥接通信标准化套件关键技术研究

摘  要:当前工业场景大量引入物联网技术来完成监测监控和数据采集。其中无线传感网异构多元,在网络融合使用方面需要研发能快速组网、使用便捷的套件装备。文章重点研究能接入既有工业传感网的应急桥接通信套件,实现近程无线网络协议融合、特殊场景数据快速上传。套件的标准化通信模组设计为可增减,现场作业时可组合完成无线传感网络的中继、桥接和通信抢险等功能。

Research on Key Technologies of Industrial Emergency Bridging Communication Standardization Kit

Abstract: At present, internet of things technology is widely introduced into industrial scenes to complete monitoring and data collection.Among them, the wireless sensor network is heterogeneous and multivariate. In terms of network integration, it is necessary to develop kit equipments that can quickly set up a network and use conveniently. This paper focuses on the emergency bridging communication kit that can access the existing industrial sensor network to realize the integration of short-range wireless network protocols and the rapid upload of special scene data. The standardized communication module of the kit is designed to be increased or decreased. During the field operation, it can be combined to complete the functions of wireless sensor network, such as relay, bridging and communication rescue.
