基于 RPi4B 与 OpenCV 的自动摘果机器人的设计

摘  要:针对近年来我国传统地垄式草莓种植面积增长及人工采摘草莓劳动力缺乏所导致的草莓采摘难题,经过总体方案设计、设备选型等步骤设计出一款草莓自动摘果机器人。设计采用 RPi4B 为主控制器,选用 OpenCV 来实现草莓图像的识别与定位,使用切割采摘装置割断草莓茎,保障草莓的品质;同时设计包含红外避障系统及收集运输装置,果篮装满后,通过收集运输装置将草莓运出大棚,不再需要人工搬运,省时省力。

Design of Automatic Fruit Picking Robot Based on RPi4B and OpenCV

Abstract: Aiming at the strawberry picking difficult problem caused by the increase of Chinese traditional ridge type strawberry planting area and the lack of strawberry picking labor force manually in recent years, a strawberry automatic fruit picking robot is designed through the overall scheme design, equipment selection and other steps. The design adopts RPi4B as the main controller, selects OpenCV to realize the identification and positioning of strawberry images, uses the cutting and picking device to cut off the strawberry stem, and ensures the quality of strawberry. At the same time, the design includes infrared obstacle avoidance system and collection and transportation device. When the fruit basket is full, the strawberry will be transported out of the greenhouse through the collection and transportation device, which no longer needs manual handling, saving time and effort.
