虚拟现实与3D 打印技术在牙种植领域的应用研究

摘  要:将虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)与3D 打印相结合旨在培训和选择出最优方案。进行近似真实手术操作环境下的牙种植过程模拟,能显著增强牙种植手术培训的效果。本文论述了两项技术的应用过程,即通过三维建模后赋予物体物理特性以及相互关系,建立起人机交互的虚拟手术环境,再利用3D 打印技术打印出离体牙用于练习操作。一方面该技术用于培训可以大大降低手术培训的时间及费用,提高初学者手术操作的熟练程度及精细水准,另一方面在手术前根据实际情况模拟出具体的操作情境,最终抉择出最佳方案,这样可大大提高手术的成功率。

Application of Virtual Reality and 3D Printing Technology in Dental Implant

Abstract:The combination of virtual reality(VR)and 3D printing is aimed at training and selecting the best plan. Simulating the dental implant process under the approximate real operating environment can significantly enhance the effect of dental implant training. In this paper,the application process of two technologies is discussed,that is,the physical characteristics of the object and the relationship between them are endowed after 3D modeling,the virtual operation environment of human-computer interaction is established,and the teeth in vitro are printed out by three-dimensional printing technology for practice operation. On the one hand,this technology can greatly reduce the time and cost of surgical training,improve the proficiency and fine level of operation for beginners,on the other hand,simulate the specific operation situation according to the actual situation before operation,and ultimately choose the best scheme,which can greatly improve the success rate of surgery.
