GIS技术在通信光缆故障定位和保障系统中的实际应用

摘  要:光缆作为一种社会信息传输的重要通道,如果光缆发生故障,将直接影响到通信网络的稳定运行,进而给人们生活与工作上带来不便。因此,我们有必要做好光缆的故障检修和保障工作。考虑到光缆埋设于地底,故为了避免光缆发生故障而造成不必的影响,需要引入GIS技术对光缆埋设情况进行管理以及对光缆出现故障的地点进行定位,以及时采取解决故障的方案,降低不必要的经济损失。文章结合笔者工作实践,就GIS技术在通信光缆故障定位中的重要性进行了阐述,在此基础上,针对GIS技术在通信光缆故障定位和保障系统中的实际应用进行了深入地分析,旨在为了提升我国网络通信整体水平。

AbstractAs an important channel ofsocial information transmission,optical fiber cablewill directly affect the stable operation of communication network and bringinconvenience to people's life and work if the optical cable fails.Therefore,we need to do a good job of cablefault repair and protection.Considering that the cableis buried in the ground,it is necessary to introduceGIS technology to manage the laying of optical cables and locate the locationof the optical cable fault in order to avoid the unnecessary influence of theoptical cable,so as to take timely solution to thefailure and reduce the economic loss.Based on theauthor's work practice,this paper expounds theimportance of GIS technology in the fault location of communication opticalcable,and on this basis,itanalyzes the practical application of GIS technology in the fault location andsecurity system of communication optical cable,aimingat improving the overall level of network communication in our country.
