基于 PDCA 循环的线上线下混合教学模式研究及实践

摘  要:针对线上线下混合式教学质量如何管控的问题,以“液压与气动”课程为例,通过整合教学设计思路、拆分教学任务、优化教学模式实现基于 PDCA 的教学设计方案,结合项目任务驱动的教学方式,有效实现教学管理自我迭代,将线上教学反馈数据移植到线下教学,为教学质量反馈提供有力的数据支撑。结合德育附加分,教学评价环节实施线上线下全过程考核。经过为期两年的实践,取得良好的教学效果。

Research and Practice of Online and Offline Blended Learning Mode Based on PDCA Cycle

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that how to manage and control the online and offline blended learning quality, taking the "Hydraulic and Pneumatic" course as an example, through integrating teaching design ideas, splitting teaching tasks and optimizing teaching mode, realize the teaching scheme design based on PDCA. Combined with the teaching method driven by project task, effectively realize the self-iteration of teaching management. Transplant online teaching feedback data to offline teaching, so as to provide strong data support for teaching quality feedback. Combined with the additional points of moral education, the whole process assessment of online and offline is implemented in the teaching evaluation link. After two years of practice, good teaching results have been achieved.
