智慧供应链中台架构规划和治理研究

摘  要:随着《“十四五”信息化和工业化深度融合发展规划》文件的发布,信息化与工业化深度融合,智能化网络化发展是企业必经之路,智慧供应链作为企业数字化转型的一部分,将会走进各大中小企业,而构建智慧供应链依托的系统众多,协调智慧供应链与各个系统之间的交互,是智慧供应链中台建设的重要内容。通过对智慧供应链功能与主要问题梳理,有规划性建设智慧供应链中台,清晰表达业务中台和数据中台之间的协同关系,同时给出中台治理策略,为企业的信息化建设提供有价值的方案参考。

Research on Architecture Planning and Governance in Smart Supply Chain Middle Platform

Abstract: With the release of document of Development plan for the deep integration of informatization and industrialization in the 14th five year plan, the deep integration of informatization and industrialization, intelligent and networked development is the only way for enterprises. As a part of enterprise digital transformation, smart supply chain will enter major small and medium-sized enterprises, and there are many systems need to be relied on in building supply chain, coordinating the interaction between smart supply chain and various systems is an important part of the construction of smart supply chain middle platform. By sorting out the functions and main problems of the smart supply chain, build the smart supply chain middle platform in a planned way, clearly express the collaborative relationship between the business middle platform and the data middle platform, and give the middle platform governance strategy, so as to provide a valuable scheme reference for the informatization construction of enterprises.
