基于区块链的产品合格证服务云平台的 技术与应用研究

摘  要:基于新时代对产品质量安全治理提出的新要求,以区块链技术为支撑,设计并推出了基于区块链的产品合格证服务云平台。通过试点应用证明,产品合格证服务云平台凭借数据安全性高、区块链防伪、智能终端硬件加密等功能优势,可以有效解决产品合格证现有问题,实现产品生产、检测能力验证、报告及时上传、合格证关联打印、经销商采购一码匹配、消费者扫码识别、监管单位实时监控的合格证全生命周期管理。

Research on Technology and Application of Product Certificate Service Cloud Platform Based on Blockchain

Abstract: Based on the new requirements of the new era for product quality and safety governance and supported by blockchain technology, a blockchain-based product certificate service cloud platform is designed and launched. Through the pilot application, it is proved that the product certificate service cloud platform can effectively solve the existing problems of product certificate by virtue of high data security, blockchain anti-counterfeiting, intelligent terminal hardware encryption and other functional advantages, so as to realize product production, detection capability verification, timely upload of reports, associated printing of certificate, one code matching of dealer procurement, consumer code scanning identification, the whole life cycle management of the certificate monitored by the supervision unit in real time.
