摘 要：ERP 在企业管理信息化建设过程中的作用不容小觑，有助于提高企业的竞争力和信息化水平。通过对军工单位多品种、小批量生产方式下实施背景和现状的分析，设计了ERP 的实施方案和运行流程，解决了运行推进过程中的问题，成功上线了ERP 系统，实现了部门的数字化管理，提高了信息化水平和生产能力，为其他公司应用ERP 系统提供了借鉴参考。

Abstract: ERP plays an important role in the process of enterprise management informatization construction, which helps to improve the competitiveness and informatization level of enterprises. Through the analysis of the implementation background and current situation of the multi-variety and small-batch production mode in military industry units, the implementation scheme and operation process of ERP are designed, the problems in the process of operation promotion are solved, the ERP system is successfully launched, the digital management of the department is realized, the informatization level and production capacity are improved. It provides reference for other companies to apply ERP system.
