摘 要:基于无人机载光电任务载荷的可靠性分析与FMECA 分析都可以对无人机载光电任务载荷的可靠性水平进行分析。但是这两者注重的是某些影响参数所带来的影响,因此可能会忽略部分因素。同时,在采用这两种方法的过程之中,也没有注重各个因素之间的联系。这就使得这两种分析方法的结果不够准确。为了能够解决这种情况,提高分析的可靠性。在文中涉及了无人机载光电任务载荷可靠性试验方案,为可靠性试验的开展提供借鉴,进一步地提高分析结果的可靠性。

Design of Load Reliability Test Scheme for Unmanned Aerial Optoelectronic Mission

Abstract:Both reliability analysis and FMECA analysis based on UAV-borne photoelectric mission load can analyze the reliability level of UAV-borne photoelectric mission load. However,both of them focus on the impact on some influencing parameters,so some factors may be neglected. At the same time,in the process of adopting these two methods,the relationship between various factors is not emphasized. This makes the results of these two analyses inaccurate. In order to solve this situation and improve the reliability of analysis.In this paper,the reliability test scheme of UAV on-board photoelectric mission load is involved,which provides a reference for the development of reliability test and further improves the reliability of the analysis results.
