电子产品环境应力筛选的研究与优化

摘  要:在电子产品的研制生产过程中,通过进行环境应力筛选试验来剔除产品的早期故障,是一种行之有效的提高产品质量与可靠性的重要措施。本文简述了电子产品环境应力筛选的概念,分析研究了常规环境应力筛选的试验方法以及典型环境应力。同时,通过探究温度变化速率对温度循环筛选度的影响,提出环境应力筛选的改进方案,可以有效提高环境应力筛选的效率,具有较高的推广价值。

Research and Optimization of Environmental Stress Screening for Electronic Products

Abstract:In the development and production of electronic products,it is an effective and important measure to improve product quality and reliability to eliminate the early failure of products through environmental stress screening test. This paper introduces the concept of environmental stress screening for electronic products,analyzes and studies the test methods of conventional environmental stress screening and typical environmental stress screening. Meanwhile,by exploring the influence of temperature change rate on temperature cycle screening degree,an improved scheme of environmental stress screening is proposed,which can effectively improve the efficiency of environmental stress screening and has a high popularization value.
