10 kV 高压水泵变频运行设计要点简析

摘  要:电耗、药耗一直为水处理行业中重要的能源消耗及成本支出,随着行业对节能降耗的要求越来越高,目前水厂、原水泵站的大功率水泵一般配套使用高压变频器,以满足生产调度和节能的目的。根据水厂10 kV 水泵电机变频实际运行案例,对10 kV 高压水泵采用一拖二变频、工频补偿运行控制进行介绍分析,旨在为泵房电气设计及安装调试人员提供参考。

Brief Analysis of Design Points of Frequency Conversion Operation of 10 kV High Pressure Water Pump

Abstract:Power consumption and drug consumption have always been important energy consumption in water treatment industry.With the increasing demand for energy conservation and consumption reduction in the industry,water plants and raw water pump stations generally use a number of high-voltage inverters to meet the purpose of production scheduling and energy conservation. According to the actual operation case of 10 kV water pump motor frequency conversion in the water plant,this paper introduces and analyzes the 10 kV high-pressure water pump’s operation control with one drive two frequency conversion and power frequency compensation,in order to provide reference for the electrical design,installation and commissioning personnel of the pump house.
