无线电探测器电老炼监控系统的研制与应用

摘  要:针对产品电老炼环节中损坏报废或开路导致老炼失败的问题进行调查,发现由短路导致的损坏报废比约为3%,开路导致电老炼失败时有发生,严重影响产品生产效率和质量控制。围绕这一问题,开展无线电探测器电老炼全过程监控和保护的研究,并进行了监控系统的承制与应用工作。该系统已获发明专利,是一款具有单套、多套产品实时监控、声光报警等集成多功能的无线电探测器电老炼监控系统,可实现对电老炼产品全状态监控保护。

Development and Application of Radio Detector Electric Aging Monitoring System

Abstract:In response to the problem of damage to the residential refining link,it has been investigated,and the damage caused by short-circuit failure is about 3%,and there is a failure of electric aging,which has occurred,seriously affecting product production efficiency and quality control. To solve this problem,the whole process monitoring and protection of radio detector electric aging are studied,and the monitoring system is designed and applied. The system has been patented. It has a multi-functional radio detector electric aging monitoring system,such as single set,multiple sets of product real-time monitoring,sound and light alarm. It can realize the full state monitoring and protection of electric aging products.
