摘 要:针对巡飞弹在巡飞过程中,因恶劣天气强电磁干扰,发生的急加速、急转、跌落时战斗部的安全性进行了研究;通过对巡飞弹在急加速、急转、跌落过程的理论分析,确定巡飞弹战斗部在急加速、急转时的过载加速度范围和跌落时的碰撞速度和角度范围;利用 LS-DYNA 开展不同加速度过载刺激,以及不同碰撞刺激下的有限元分析,确定巡飞弹战斗部处于安全状态,为巡飞弹战斗部的安全性评估分析和战斗部强度提升、材料优化提供理论依据。

Research on Safety Analysis of Cruiser Based on LS-DYNA

Abstract: The safety of the warhead in the process of cruiser flying is studied in the case of rapid acceleration, sharp turn and falling due to strong electromagnetic interference caused by bad weather. The range of overload acceleration and collision velocity and angle of cruiser warhead are determined by theoretical analysis of cruiser warhead in rapid acceleration, sharp turn and falling process. LSDYNA is used to carry out finite element analysis under the different acceleration overload stimulation and different collision stimulation to determine that the cruiser warhead is in a safe state, which provides theoretical basis for the safety evaluation and analysis of the cruiser warhead, and the strength improvement and material optimization of the warhead.
