640MW 燃煤发电机组热电联产模式下的协调系统优化

摘  要:本文通过对河北西柏坡电厂#5 机组纯凝和热电联产两种不同模式下AGC 性能指标进行对比,探索了机组协调控制系统优化方案。通过对机组滑压曲线和锅炉主控静态前馈等协调控制逻辑进行优化,对控制参数进行长时间跟踪调整,使机组在热电联产模式下AGC 的性能指标得到很大的改善,保证了公司的经济效益,进一步提升公司的市场竞争力。

Optimization of Coordinated System for 640MW Coal-fired Generating Unit underCombined Heat and Power

Abstract:Through the comparison of the AGC performance indexes under two different modes of the #5 unit’s pure condensing and cogeneration of the Hebei Xibaipo Power Plant,the optimization scheme of the unit coordinated control system is explored in this paper. Through the optimization of the coordinated control logic of the unit sliding pressure curve and the boiler main control static feed forward, the control parameters are adjusted for a long time,so that the AGC performance index of the unit is greatly improved in the cogeneration mode,and the economic benefit of the company is guaranteed and the market competitiveness of the company is further promoted.
