摘 要:为实现家用冰箱冷冻室和冷藏室高精度温度控制,节约电力能源,建立了家用冰箱功能拓扑关系图,并基于 AMESim 设计了家用冰箱的冷冻室、冷藏室、PID 控制器、冷凝器、热交换器等仿真模型。通过仿真试验调试PID 控制器,得到了较合适的控制参数;通过设置环境温度、冷冻室控制温度、冷藏室控制温度,得到了冰箱跟踪温度化情况,结果表明控制器达到了较高的控制精度和水平,为家用逆变器型冰箱气液两相流温度 P I 控制与仿真研究提供了参考。

Research on PI Control and Simulation of Two-Phase Flow Temperature of Domestic Inverter Refrigerator

Abstract: In order to realize the high-precision temperature control of domestic refrigerator chilling chamber and freezing chamber, save power and energy, the functional topology relation diagram of domestic refrigerator is established, and the simulation models of domestic refrigerator chilling chamber, freezing chamber, PID controller, condenser, heat exchanger and so on are designed based on AMESim. The PID controller is debugged by simulation test, and the more appropriate control parameters are obtained. By setting the temperature of environment and the control temperature of chilling chamber and freezing chamber, the tracking temperature situation of the refrigerator is obtained. The results show that the controller has reached a higher control accuracy and level, which provides a reference for the PI control and simulation of the gas-liquid two-phase flow temperature of the domestic inverter refrigerator.
