摘 要:汽车在涉水路段行驶,路面积水一旦经空气滤清器进入发动机气缸,易造成发动机爆缸、熄火。针对此现象,提出一种嵌入式智能型汽车空气滤清器。通过对传统的空气滤清器结构进行改造,加装嵌入式智能控制器,由控制器监测空气滤清器内水位变化情况,一旦达到危险水位及时发出报警提醒驾驶员,并自动开启相应档位的排水阀进行排水,待积水排完后自动关闭排水阀。通过嵌入式智能控制器可实现对空气滤清器内水位实时监测、主动报警、自动排水,避免由于空气滤清器进水而造成汽车发动机爆缸、熄火等事件发生,规避潜在风险。

Design of Embedded Intelligent Automobile Air Filter

Abstract: When the car is running on the wading road, once the water on the road enters the engine cylinder through the air filter, it is easy to cause the engine to burst and stall. In view of this phenomenon, an embedded intelligent automotive air filter is proposed. The structure of the traditional air filter is modified, and an embedded intelligent controller is added. The controller monitors the water level change in the air filter. Once the dangerous water level is reached, an alarm is sent to remind the driver, and the drain valve at the corresponding gear is automatically opened for drainage. After the accumulated water is drained, the drain valve is automatically closed. The embedded intelligent controller can realize the real-time monitoring, active alarm and automatic drainage of the water level in the air filter, so as to avoid the occurrence of such events as the cylinder explosion and flameout of the automobile engine caused by the water entering the air filter and avoid potential risks.
