罗氏Cobas e601 电化学发光免疫分析仪的故障分析与维修

摘  要:以近年来罗氏Cobas e601 电化学发光免疫分析仪的使用情况来看,在定期预防性维护的环境下,仪器的故障率较低。本文阐述了湖州市第三人民医院电化学发光免疫分析仪的两例典型维修案例,进一步分析了其产生的各方面原因,结合笔者医疗设备维修的实际工作经验,以可操作性、易排除为优先的原则,高效、有序地对医疗设备进行维修。并总结了维修经验,根据仪器实际故障情况来增加预防性维修项目,从而为日常医疗设备的预防性维护奠定基础,最终降低仪器故障率,提高仪器的稳定性。

Abstract:In recent years,the application of Roche Cobase e601 electrochemiluminescent immunoassay instrument shows that the failure rate of the instrument is low in the environment of regular preventive maintenance. This paper describes two typical maintenance cases of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay instrument in the Third Municipal Hospital of Huzhou,and further analyses its causes in arious aspects and combining with the author’s practical experience in medical equipment maintenance,medical equipment maintenance is carried out efficiently and orderly on the principle of operability and easy exclusion. The experience of maintenance is summarizedand reventive maintenance items are added according to the actual failure of the instrument,which lays the foundation for preventive aintenance of daily medical equipment and finally reduces the failure rate of the instrument and improves the stability of the instrument.
