摘 要:为了解河南省高职院校护理教师信息化教学能力水平现状,并分析其影响因素,本文采用便利抽样法对200 名护理教师进行问卷调查,调查问卷采用一般人口学资料和护理教师教学能力调查问卷。调查结果显示,高职院校护理教师信息化教学能力总分为198.19±27.07,处于中等偏上水平。教龄和职称是护理教师信息化教学能力的主要影响因素。本文得出的结论为:高职院校护理教师应注重个人的专业化发展,充分利用各种学习资源,进一步在技术层面提高自己的信息化教学能力。

Analysis on the Present Situation and Influencing Factors of Informationized Teaching Ability of Nursing Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:In order to understand the current situation of information-based teaching ability of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province and analyze its influencing factors,two hundred nursing teachers were surveyed by convenience sampling method. General demographic data and teaching ability questionnaire of nursing teachers were used in the questionnaire. The survey results showed that the total score of information-based teaching ability of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges was 198.19±27.07,which was on the upper middle level. Teaching age and professional title are the main influencing factors of nursing teachers’informationized teaching ability. The conclusion of this paper is that nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges should pay attention to personal professional development,make full use of various learning resources,and further improve their informationized teaching ability at the technical level.
