摘 要：专业是一个学校办学特色的基本平台，也是学校面向市场的基本接口。本文分析了当前IT 人才市场需求趋势，思考专业人才培养存在的问题，从学生就业市场角度分析专业与产业“两张皮”现象，提出结合地方产业，抓住地方产业发展规划，参与建设进程，牵头组织企业群共同培养和培训人力资源，创建网络技术生产型示范基地，筛选企业实习岗位，创新校、企、生的融合措施，实现企业用人、学生就业和学校发展的共赢。

Analyzing the Construction of Computer Network Technology Specialty from thePerspective of Market
——Taking Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College as an Example

Abstract：Specialty is the basic platform of a school’s characteristics，and also the basic interface of the school to the market. This paper analyses the current market demand trend of IT talents，considers the problems existing in the training of professional talents， analyses the phenomenon of “two skins” between specialty and industry from the perspective of students’employment market，and puts forward that combining local industries，grasping the development plan of local industries，participating in the construction process， taking the lead in organizing enterprise groups to jointly train human resources，establishing network technology production demonstration bases，and screening enterprises. Practice positions，innovative integration measures of schools，enterprises and students，to meet the win-win situation of enterprise employment，student employment and school development.
