摘 要：目前，随着我国创业型经济的迅速发展、进程的不断深入，大众创业、万众创新已成为国家战略。地方应用型本科院校作为人才培养的基地，在教学过程中理应把创新创业型人才的培养纳入教学目标，构建有利于创新创业型人才培养的教育体系，转变传统的教育观念，建立系统的课程体系，树立明确的培养目标，建设优秀的师资队伍，改变传统的教学模式，为学生搭建多维的实践平台。我国自2013 年开始举办国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目，对于科技类的项目，如何开展和管理，如何有效地进行创新创业教育，本文结合笔者自身的经验，提出以网络工程专业创新创业能力提升为导向的课程体系结构以及实施途径，以此推动大学生创新创业教育的发展。

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Mode for College Students
——Take the National Innovation Project of Network Engineering Major ofShandong Huayu University of Technology as an Example

Abstract：At present，China with the rapid development of entrepreneurial economy，the process of deepening，widespread entrepreneurship and innovation has become a national strategy. Local applied undergraduate colleges and universities as the talent training base，the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents should be included in the teaching objectives in the process of teaching，conducive to innovative entrepreneurial talent training system of education，changing the traditional education idea，set up systematic course system，setting up clear goals，construction of excellent teachers，change the traditional teaching mode，build multi-dimensional practice platform for the students. Held in our country since 2013 national college students’innovative entrepreneurial training program，for technology project，how to carry out and management，effective innovation entrepreneurship education，combined author’s own experience，this paper puts forward innovative entrepreneurship network engineering oriented curriculum system structure and implementation way，in order to promote the development of the college students’innovative entrepreneurial education.
