摘 要：近年来在各级政府的共同努力下，智慧人社建设虽然取得了一定的成绩，但也暴露出一些问题。特别是随着大数据时代的到来，人社管理工作的内外环境也发生了巨大变化，提高人社管理的科学化水平面临着许多新挑战、新课题。为了应对新挑战、解答新课题，人社管理工作必须主动进行变革，更新理念、更新手段，树立大数据理念、运用现代化技术，不断提高科学化水平。

Opportunities and Challenges for the Construction of Intelligent Human Resources and Social Security in the Age of Big Data

Abstract：In recent years，with the joint efforts of governments at all levels，although the construction of intelligent human resources and social security system has achieved certain results，it has also exposed some problems. Especially with the advent of the big data era，the internal and external environment of human resources and social security management has undergone tremendous changes. The scientific level of human resources and social security management has faced many new challenges and new issues.In order to cope with new challenges and solve new problems，the human resources and social security management must take the initiative to change，update concepts，update means，establish big data concepts，use modern technologies，and continuously improve the level of science.
