摘 要：为满足拉萨市居民对公共交通出行的需求，以及了解公共交通出行的影响因素，通过对早期学者们的相关文献进行分析，结合西藏拉萨特殊的高原地理环境以及民族宗教等因素，运用问卷调查法以及模糊综合评价法，建立评价指标事件的信息树结构图，分析公共交通出行选择机理，得出权重最重的五项指标，分别是便捷性、舒适性、安全性、时效性和经济性，对五项指标分析发现各自存在的问题，提出相应的改良措施。该研究进一步可缓解城市道路拥堵问题，提高居民的乘车舒适度，为解决拉萨市内公共交通问题提供依据。

Study on the Selection Mechanism of Public Transportation in Highland Cities

Abstract：In order to meet the needs of Lhasa residents for public transport and to understand the influencing factors of public transport，this paper analyzes the relevant literature of early scholars and combines the special plateau geographical environment and ethnic and religious factors in Lhasa，Tibet. Using the questionnaire method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method，the information tree structure diagram of the evaluation index event was established，and the selection mechanism of public transport trips was analyzed. It was concluded that the five most weighted indicators were convenience，comfort，safety，timeliness，and economy. Five indicators were analyzed to find their own problems，and corresponding improvement measures were put forward. This study can further alleviate the problem of urban road congestion，improve the ride comfort of residents，and provide evidence for solving the public transportation problem in Lhasa.
