摘 要：党的十九大指出，创新是引领发展的第一动力，是建设现代化经济体系的关键。而县域地区创新发展在其中扮演重要角色，是中国经济的基本单元，是保障发展、维持稳定的重要基础。依据科学计量学基本原理，对 1998 ～ 2017 年间中国县域创新发展研究的文献数量、权威机构等进行了统计分析；运用知识及信息可视化技术，科学探测出我国县域创新发展研究的热点主题，可为我国完善县域创新理论体系、实施县域创新发展战略提供参考。

Research on the Innovation and Development of China’s Counties Based on Information Metrology

Abstract：The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that innovation is the first driving force to lead development and the key to building a modern economic system. The innovation and development of county area plays an important role in it，which is the basic unit of China’s economy and the important foundation of ensuring development and maintaining stability. Based on the basic principles of scientometrics，this paper makes a statistical analysis on the number of documents and authoritative institutions of innovation and development research in China’s counties from 1998 to 2017. By using knowledge and information visualization technology，the hot topics of innovation and development research in China’s counties are scientifically detected，which can provide reference for improving the theoretical system of innovation and implementing the innovation and development strategy in China’s counties.
