摘 要:目前建筑设计领域已有的设计方法和计算机辅助设计技术在很大程度上提高了工作效率和质量, 比如BIM 技术在建筑设计应用得较为广泛,可以利用BIM 软件创建一个虚拟的3D 建筑模型,然而对于非专业人员甚至建筑设计师来说,这样的模型在视觉效果和感受方面还有待提高。本文通过分析BIM 技术和VR 技术的特点,研究这两种技术各自的优缺点,优势互补,将这两种技术结合到一起,并根据建筑设计的流程,设计一套贯穿建筑设计全过程的BIM+VR 的应用模式,解决当前建筑设计中存在的问题。

Research on the Application of BIM+VR Technology in Architectural Design

Abstract:At present,the existing design methods and computer-aided design technology in the field of architectural design have greatly improved the efficiency and quality of work. BIM technology is widely used in architectural design,we can use BIM software to create a virtual 3D architectural model. However,for non-professionals and even architects themselves,such a model is far from enough in terms of visual effects and feelings. By analyzing the characteristics of BIM technology and VR technology,this paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of the two technologies,gives full play to their advantages and disadvantages,combines the two technologies together,and according to the process of architectural design,This paper designs a set of application mode of BIM plus VR which runs through the whole process of architectural design to solve the problems existing in the current architectural design.
