摘 要：微课教学是一种通过微视频组织常规教学活动，鼓励学生自主安排时间初步完成知识内化的教学模式。翻转课堂则是指“课下内化新知，课上自主练习”的教学模式，需要借助信息技术与数字化资源完成，与微课教学有诸多共通之处。本文将整合微课教学与翻转课堂教学模式，从以微课组织预习、以微课补充资料、以微课实施复习三个角度分析基于微课翻转课堂模式的高职计算机课程的有效组织策略。

Computer Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on
Microlecture Flipped Teaching Model

Abstract：Microlecture teaching is a kind of teaching mode that organizes routine teaching activities through micro-videos and encourages students to initially complete knowledge internalization according to their own time. Flipped classroom refers to the teaching mode of “internalizing new knowledge after class and practicing independently in class”，which needs the help of information technology and digital resources to complete，and has many similarities with microlecture teaching. This paper will integrate microlecture teaching and flipped classroom teaching mode，and analyze the effective organizational strategies of computer courses in higher vocational colleges based on microlecture flipped classroom mode from three perspectives：organizing preview with microlecture，supplementing information with microlecture and reviewing with microlecture implementation.
