摘 要：最近几年以来，新兴在线课程MOOC 备受社会各界重视，在线学习、翻转学习等先进理念吸引了世界各国较多名校参与这一教改浪潮。以往老旧、滞后的计算机文化基础课程已然难以与新时代发展所提需要相一致，因而有必要基于MOOC 对计算机文化基础课程加以创新。此次研究先对MOOC 环境下的计算机文化基础课程建设进行了分析，而后对课程实施进行了探讨。

Analysis on the Construction of Computer Culture Foundation Course in
MOOC Environment

Abstract：In recent years，the emerging online course MOOC has received much attention from all walks of life. Advanced concepts such as online learning and flipped learning have attracted more famous universities from all over the world to participate in this wave of teaching reform. In the past，the old and lagging computer culture foundation courses have been difficult to be consistent with the needs of the new era development，so it is necessary to innovate the computer culture foundation course based on MOOC. This study first analyzes the construction of computer culture foundation courses in the MOOC environment，and then discusses the implementation of the curriculum.
