摘 要:当今世界各国机场及周边治安问题频发,严重影响机场运载效率和乘客出行安全。国家发展和改革委员会以及交通运输等部门起草了《关于促进智慧城市健康发展的指导意见》,其中智能交通被列为十大智慧工程之一。本文设计的项目是首都机场公安的真实项目,旨在实现机场警务管理系统的信息化和3D 可视化,解决机场警务资源科学调度问题。本文首先获取机场及周边区域的实景环境,利用unity3D 技术搭建机场的3D 实景模型,实现数据的展示和3D 场景的控制。收集首都机场区域的所有实时环境数据和警力资源数据,将环境数据在2D 控制面板中以数值或各种统计图形的形式实时展现,利用3D MAX 建立设备3D 实体模型,实现设备运动情况在机场3D 实景中的可视化。随后利用线性回归和SVR 算法,分析指挥指数并预测指挥指数走向,比较两种方法的预测准确性。最后建立警务信息管理系统,实现机场警务信息和权限的管理。本文将数据3D 可视化和数据分析同机场警务工作结合,帮助机场公安实现了数据支撑下的科学监管和决策,以此提高机场警务资源分配效率、保障乘客的出行安全和体验。

Intelligent Traffic Police System Based on Machine Learning and3D Visualization Technology

Abstract:Nowadays,airports and surrounding public security problems occur frequently all over the world,which seriously affects the efficiency of airport transportation and passenger travel safety. The National Development and Reform Commission and Transportation departments drafted the “Guidelines on Promoting the Healthy Development of Intelligent Cities”,in which intelligent transportation is listed as one of the ten smart projects. The project designed in this paper is a real project of Capital Airport Public Security,aiming at realizing the informatization and 3D visualization of airport police management system and solving the problem of scientific dispatch of airport police resources. Firstly,the real environment of the airport and its surrounding areas is acquired,and the 3D real-world model of the airport is built by using unity3D technology to display the data and control the 3D scene. Collect all realtime environmental data and police resource data in the capital airport area,display the environmental data in the form of numerical value or various statistical graphics in the 2D control panel in real time,use 3D MAX to establish the 3D entity model of equipment,and realize the visualization of equipment movement in the airport 3D scene. Then,using linear regression and SVR algorithm,the command index is analyzed and the trend of command index is predicted,and the accuracy of the two methods is compared. Finally,the police information management system is established to realize the management of airport police information and authority. This paper combines data 3D visualization and data analysis with airport police work to help airport police achieve scientific supervision and decision-making supported by data,so as to improve the efficiency of airport police resource allocation and ensure passengers’travel safety and experience.
