摘 要：针对公司在项目管理中所面临的管理不科学、缺乏规范性、审批流程繁琐、信息响应慢等难题，本文设计了项目一体化信息管理系统，系统结合项目不同管理层级的业务需求以及具体项目执行的实际情况，实现多类型项目的统筹、集中管理。该系统可直接部署在公司服务器或者云平台上，通过公司数据仓库与其他系统进行数据共享和交互，同时项目管理系统产生的数据也可直接入公司数据仓库。

Design and Realization of Integrated Project Management System

Abstract：In view of the problems faced by the company in project management，such as unscientific management，lack of standardization，cumbersome approval process，slow information response，etc.，this paper designs a project integrated information management system，which combines the business needs of different management levels of the project and the actual situation of specific project implementation to achieve the overall planning and centralized management of multiple types of projects. The system can be directly deployed on the company’s server or cloud platform to share and interact data with other systems through the company’s data warehouse. At the same time，the data generated by the project management system can also directly enter the company's data warehouse.
