摘 要：随着互联网时代的到来，计算机已经成为人们日常生活中获取信息的重要渠道，也成为互联网时代下的重要媒介。计算机帮助人们进行高效信息沟通和处理以及传播，也在一定程度上极大地促进了人们日常生活的现代化和便利化；另一方面，计算机的使用也逐渐改变人们的生活模式。因而，计算机硬件作为计算机主体的重要组成部分，其使用和维护变得越来越重要，如何有效地维护和保证计算机的长久运行也成为人们关注的焦点问题。本文从实践操作的角度出发，详细地阐述了日常生活中计算机硬件维护的重要性，进而详细介绍了计算机在硬件维护的原则和策略，以及具体操作方法。

Abstract：With the advent of the Internet age，computers have become an important channel for people to obtain information in their daily life，and have become an important medium in the Internet era. Computer helps people to communicate and deal with and communicate efficiently. To a certain extent，computers have greatly promoted the modernization and convenience of people's daily life. On the other hand，the use of computers has gradually changed people’s life mode. Therefore，as an important part of the computer’s main body，the use and maintenance of computer hardware become more and more important. How to effectively maintain and ensure the long run of the computer has become one of the focus problems. From the perspective of practical operation，the author expounds the importance of computer hardware maintenance in the daily life，and then introduces the principles and Strategies of computer hardware maintenance，as well as the specific operation methods.
