摘 要：预防针是儿童成长过程中预防疾病的一个重要部分，为了给家长和医院工作者工作提供便利，结合“UML 建模与设计模式”课程内容，针对预防针管理设计了一个基于B/S 结构的儿童预防针管理系统案例。本系统从家长的角度出发，设计了预防针预约、知识查询等功能；从医院工作者的角度出发，设计了预防针管理、预防针知识管理、预防针药物管理等功能。设计抓住用户的需求，为后续开发工作奠定了良好的基础。

The Analysis and Design of Child Vaccination Management System

Abstract：Prevention needle is an important part of disease prevention in the process of children’s growth. In order to provide convenience for parents and hospital workers，combined with the course content of “UML Modeling and Design Mode”，a case of children’s vaccination management system based on B/S structure was designed for the prevention needle management. From the perspective of parents，the system designed preventive needle appointment，knowledge query and other functions；from the perspective of hospital workers，it designed the functions of preventive needle management，preventive needle knowledge management，preventive needle drug management and so on. Design to seize the needs of users，for the follow-up development work laid a good foundation.
